Especially important following body modification procedures, liposuction, implants etc., surgery, or an over abundance of metabolic toxins caused by a variety of reasons. Very light, smooth, pumping actions promote the perfect lymphatic flow, brushing invigorates the nervous system.
MEDICAL /SPORTS MASSAGE $60 p/15 MINS
Focusing on specific injury sights or areas of discomfort. Attention is paid to all surrounding muscle groups, ligament / tendons, origination and insertion points plus joint mobility. Utilizing a variety of corrective techniques to strengthen and re-align.
YOGA / THAI MASSAGE ( TABLE OR FLOOR) $140 p/hr
Originally from the time of Buddha,pressure is applied along the meridian,s along with full joint rotations and passive Yoga influenced stretches. Loose clothing is worn for this therapy. This powerful technique stretches and leaves the body feeling incredibly refreshed, renewed and rejuvenated, aligned and peaceful. A full session can take 1.5 / 2 hrs. A condensed table version can be completed in 1 hr.

Reiki is especially helpful for stress relief and relaxation. It utilizes the unseen energy that flows through all living things often referred to as "CHI" or "KI" A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows around and through you. Reiki treats the person as a whole, including Body, Mind and Spirit. It is simple, safe, natural and effective.
PRENATAL MASSAGE $125 p/hr
Any type of massage is contraindicated for the first trimester, but after that any Mother to be can enjoy full body massages. As the Mummy tummy grows, the Mother to be will be laying comfortably on her side gently supported by pillows, whilst the appropriate pressure will be applied to relieve and tension in hips, lower back and shoulders. Lymphatic drainage techniques will assist in any areas of swelling, ie, ankles, and you will be completely spoiled !
SENIOR MASSAGE $100 p/hr
A select combination of gentle, soothing modalities for the majority of our Seniors is recommended, though I have often been surprised by the request not to be treated like cotton candy! Of course, special attention is given to specific medical conditions which may affect the treatment. Home visits are available.
